The newly renovated door head adopts fish belly gray marble dry hanging, which is highly unified with the façade of the residential building and the façade of the elevator, and the overall effect is magnificent. Remove cages, solar energy, awnings, and flower stands.

In the landscape design, the cultural connotation of the community is fully explored, and the design theme of "homecoming triple order" is centered, and the landscape fountain, homecoming ritual road, and secret garden are laid out in turn. Build a neighborhood shared living room for the public, and create an ideal home with temperature in the celebration of living in nature.

324 households ushered in a new quality of life like the commercial housing community, and many owners happily compared the entrance of the community to the "five-star hotel lobby", calling it thrillingly beautiful.

Since the comprehensive renovation and upgrading of the old residential area was carried out in 2019, Nanyuan Street has always focused on the goal of "comprehensive renovation once" to achieve "construction once in place, the masses once benefited", so that the residents' living environment and living quality have been double-improved.

Aimin Community won the "Best Case of Comprehensive Renovation and Improvement of Old Communities in Hangzhou in 2021". This is also after the Riverside Xincun Community won the honor of "Best Case of Old Reform in the City" in 2020, and Nanyuan Street once again won the highest honor award for the city's old reform work!

Up to now, more than 136 elevators have been installed in the old residential area of Nanyuan Street, and more than 1500,<> residents have benefited from the installation of elevators. The "old reform + full elevator" model of Nanyuan Street has achieved full coverage, truly moving towards a better future of common prosperity.  

In the work of old reform, adhere to the guidance of party building, build branches on projects, give full play to the role of the "neighborhood pool" mechanism, and unite the joint efforts of streets, communities, communities and co-construction units, so that the organization of old reform work is more precise, the benefits of the people are more important, and the rectification is more intense.

Establish a working group for the comprehensive upgrading and renovation of old residential areas, collectively study and deal with major, difficult, and important matters in the renovation, and give full play to the leading core role of streets, communities, and party organizations in community transformation. Form a new model of "unified dominance and diversified participation" community governance and joint construction.

Give full play to the residents' democratic deliberation and consultation mechanism, set up a "neighborhood workshop" named after Chen Xuemin, director of the community industry committee, and introduce the power of civil mediators to solve the problem of installing elevators"Unified consultations.

It mainly provides publicity on the installation of elevator policies, guides communities and streets to carry out public opinion coordination, builds communication platforms, provides legal consultation, helps resolve conflicts and disputes caused by elevators, exchanges and sharing of past elevator experience, and service stations throughout the process of elevators.

In order to solve the problem of difficulty in raising funds in the process of installing elevators, Nanyuan Street cooperated with Theo MOD and banks to provide exclusive services of "elevator loan" to benefit the people for owners who have elevator needs and temporary capital needs.
