Xiolift and Farword have been respectively awarded the Provincial Government Quality Award, the highest quality award in Zhejiang Province established by the provincial government.

Xizi iParking focuses on parking equipment, and has been selected into the fourth batch of National Professional, Precise, Special and New "Small Giant" Enterprises, as well as the "13th Five-Year" Scientific and Technological Innovation Model Enterprises in China's Heavy Machinery Industry.

Forward focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of traction machines, and was selected as the fourth batch of manufacturing individual champions in Zhejiang Province and passed the review.

The projects led by Xizi Elevator and Xiolift respectively won the first batch of 2023 key research and development projects named "Spearhead" and "Lingyan" announced by Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department.

Unimax Technology has a national laboratory certified by CNAS, and is a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang, a patent demonstration enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and a key backbone enterprise in Hangzhou.

Xiolift has been selected into the list of enterprises cultivated by "Eagle Action" of Zhejiang Province, and won the honorary title of "Kunpeng Enterprises", an award for the best and the most promising enterprises, in the World Conference of Hangzhou Entrepreneurs.

Green Environmental Protection

Xizi International adheres to the concept of sustainable development, actively assumes the social responsibility of "green development", vigorously promotes digital and intelligent transformation, improves the green manufacturing system, builds green and low-carbon factories, and promotes green production line design and product design; Improve production efficiency through innovation and digital management; The use of clean energy power generation, waste purification and recycling to improve the environmental protection construction of the factory; At the same time, vigorously promote the construction of the company's energy management system, introduce the national standard of "Energy Management System Requirements", strictly control the company's energy consumption, and comprehensively build a green and environmentally friendly enterprise.

In 2022, Xiolift became a demonstration benchmark of green intelligent manufacturing in elevator industry. In this year, Xiolift was awarded the title of provincial "Green Factory", and included in the list of the fourth batch of industrial product green design demonstration enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the list of Zhejiang Province "Future Factories".

In 2020, Forward was selected into the fifth batch of green manufacturing list of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, won the title of "Green Factory", and was selected into the list of national manufacturing single champion enterprises.

XIZI Elevator was listed in the fourth batch of green manufacturers by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2019 and awarded the title of “Green Factory”; and it passed the energy management system certification and obtained the relevant certificate.

Xizi iParking won the title of 2021 "Green Factory" in Hangzhou, and has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and other certifications.

Youmai Qingshan Factory introduced digital twin, industrial Internet of Things and other technologies, unlocked a new model of large-scale customization "intelligent manufacturing" with efficient collaboration, agile and lean, and won the title of "Future Factory" in 2021.

With photovoltaic modules on the roof of all factory buildings, the annual total electricity generated is expected to reach 15 million KWH. At the same time, the long-term protective insulation layer formed on the roof of factory buildings could lower the indoor average temperature for 1-2 ℃.

We have required the industry's highest level of energy efficiency recognition "Germany TUV elevator energy efficiency A+++ certification" and a number of green environmental protection certifications. In addition, several mainstream passenger elevator products of Xiolift have been certified by the ISO25745A++, VDI4707 standards of energy efficiency.

The factory uses harmless raw materials, sets up recycling purification systems for waste water, dust and waste gas, and commissions a third party to test the company's carbon emissions and three wastes.

The escalator operating under the mode of frequency conversion and low speed makes a load-free energy-saving effect of more than 60%. Moreover, with the function of self-starting frequency conversion, the load-free energy-saving effect could be greater than 70%. The PM synchronous tractor removes the gearbox and saves more than 30% energy. As mentioned above, Xiolift won the honor of industrial product green design demonstration enterprise.

Security Management

Xizi always adheres to the bottom line of safety production, puts safety in the first position, and builds a solid line of defense for life. Through the formulation of EHS management system, publicity of laws and regulations safety responsibility, regular supervision of production safety, accident case sharing, safety mutual inspection and other activities, supervise and guide the company's safety management work, mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees to participate, and ensure the steady progress of production safety.

Establish a safety training base, integrating safety experience, display and education.

Establish the company's EHS system and publicize the safety responsibilities of laws and regulations.

Regularly share accident cases to strengthen the business capabilities of the safety team.

Regularly hold safety mutual inspections of each factory to supervise and guide safety management.

Public Welfare

The company actively carries out public welfare undertakings, enters schools and communities to publicize elevator safety knowledge, provides education assistance for poor students, and carries out public welfare activities such as aid and respect for the elderly.

The Party Committee of Xizi International Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a donation agreement with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Education Development Foundation to support school education and teaching, scientific research, scholarships and other related education and public welfare projects.

XIZI Elevator publicizes the elevator safety knowledge in the schools and the communities, organizes the students to visit the factories, and conducts similar public benefit activities to popularize scientific and safety knowledge, and it has held over 100 activities by now.

Xiolift, with nearly 2 million yuan invested in training, has provided free elevator professional training and job opportunities for more than 250 poor students from several provinces, including Zhejiang, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Hebei.

As the representative of key enterprises in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Xiolift shoulders the responsibilities of helping 50 excellent but poor students from Kaili and Taijiang of Guizhou Province by providing them with free training and employment opportunities. The planned investment for this project reaches 1 million yuan.

Xiolift has been actively participating in public welfare activities. During the flood period in Henan, Xiolift stood shoulder to shoulder with local partners. Besides, Xiolift also participated in Hangzhou United Front Support Group and traveled more than 1,500 kilometers to Guizhou Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture to carry out poverty alleviation actions.
