Founded in January 2016, Xiolift University is one of the first enterprise-led training schools for talents in elevator industry. Adhering to the school motto of "search with your perseverance and integrate your knowledge with practice" and the school tenet of "promoting national spirit, breeding industry talents and inheriting Xiolift culture", the school has been dedicated to cultivate elevator craftsmen with all 4 virtues of morality, responsibility, skills and discipline.
Xiolift University has won numerous awards and honors ever since its establishment, including but not limited to Craftsman of Zhejiang Province, Craftsman of Yuhang District, Hangzhou Skill Master Studio, Zhejiang Technical Expert and Zhejiang Golden Blue-collar. It has been awarded the evaluation unit of the Ministry of Education Pilot 1+X Elevator Maintenance Vocational Skill Level Certificate and the pilot unit of Enterprise Vocational Skill Level Recognition of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It has been recognized as a national "Modern Apprenticeship" pilot enterprise cooperation base and a national field teaching base of "Teaching Achievement First Prize", and is an MBA field teaching base and teaching cooperation unit of Zhejiang University.

Established in March 2017, the corporate university of XIZI Elevator cultivates talents for the company in a systematic way. For the corporate university, Liu Wenchao, Chairman of XIZI Elevator, acts as the president of the university and there are the schools of engineering and sales etc. all headed by the corporate management. In addition, the corporate university of XIZI Elevator sets up the inherent talent cultivation system to help build a learning organization and construct a perfect cultivation system of talent teams at the high, middle, and grassroots levels, with the theory of “unifying the training idea, integrating the training resources, and erecting the learning platform”, the core of “XIZI team with strict discipline”, and the foundation of “internal tutor cultivation and course development”.
In 2020, XIZI Elevator successfully passed the evaluation for the first batch of pilot enterprises in Hangzhou city and obtained the qualification of the agency accrediting “the social grades of vocational skills for elevator installation and repair staff” in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Human Resources and Social Security Ministry General Office on Expanding Pilot Work for Accreditation of Vocational Skill Levels in Enterprises.

The project lasts for 8 months, with the goal of cultivating the future senior executives of Xizi International, senior professors from Zhejiang University are invited to teach, the general manager of the subsidiary checks the group project, the human resources department of the group provides monthly on-site counseling, and is carried out through visiting senior executives, monthly coaching exchanges, and implementing shadow plans.

Senior Manager, Group Accounting and Internal Control
Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and revise the Group's accounting standards and be responsible for implementing them in each company;

2. Collect and sort out the financial statements of subsidiaries and organize account balance analysis;

3. Consolidated accounting statements at the group level;

4. Organize the audit business of the company's subsidiaries;

5. Formulate and revise the authorization system of the group, and check the implementation of the subsidiary company;

6. Group internal control system planning;

7. Preparation and revision of internal control system at the group level, and supervision and inspection of the implementation of subsidiaries;

8. Assist in group level fund management;

9. Participate in tax risk assessment and management;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in financial accounting;

2. More than 5 years working experience in accounting and management of large-scale manufacturing enterprises;

3. Certified public accountant qualification is preferred.
