Xizi iParking's intelligent manufacturing base, located in Hangzhou Yuhang Economic Development Zone and covering an area of about 110 mu, is a garden like base for garage R&D and manufacturing. At present, it has 11 automatic production lines. Each production line is equipped with CNC lathes, CNC precision plasma cutting machines and other large precision equipment according to functional requirements. The concept of machine replacement has been introduced earlier in the industry. Through the integration of equipment and systems, the combination of point, line and surface has been achieved in automatic processing and manufacturing. In 2018, it won Yuhang District Government Quality Award.

Xizi iParking is one of the few enterprises in the industry with 9 types of product manufacturing qualifications, and has developed 35 different structures and 120 different types of garages.

AGV

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), also known as unmanned carrier, automatic trolley and handling robot. The equipment is provided with electromagnetic or optical, radar laser and other automatic guidance devices, so it can run along the specified guidance paths, and has safety protection and various transfer functions. Without manual control required, it can realize automatic operation via battery.

PCS

The PCS type tower garage is independently developed by introducing advanced garage technology from Japan. The shaft can be provided with an automatic lifting and rotating device equipped with advanced navigation instructions. It does not require the driver to back up. It is convenient and simple to access cars, and can use land more efficiently.

PPY

The PPY plane moving product is the mechanical parking device that uses a carrier to move cars or car boards on the same level to access cars. It can be provided with automatic lifting and rotating device, which is equipped with advanced navigation instructions. So it does not require drivers to back up. It is highly automated.

PSH

The PSH lifting and transverse moving garage is a parking mode that expands the plane parking lot upward. The equipment adopts different types or models of parking modes according to the terrain characteristics and be can be set on the ground or in the basement.

PDX

Vehicles can be stored in multiple layers by using the vehicle carrier board to circulate up and down, so as to reduce the floor area and improve the automation of vehicle access. This kind of garage does not need ramps, saves land, automatically accesses cars. So it is convenient and fast, and has wide applicability.

PQS

It is a special equipment specially used for the vehicle handling of different leveling floors, and it plays a role in the back and forth handling of the vehicles on different floors. The vehicle lift replaces the ramp lane of the basement where vehicles enter and exit. It greatly saves the space for civil construction. It also eliminates the need to set up a mechanical room outside the lift channel, effectively using the space.

PCX

It is the parking equipment that uses circular motion perpendicular to the ground to access vehicles.

PSX

The equipment is suitable for the narrow and long terrain, like magic square, to make vehicles move circularly, achieving superior space efficiency. It can also be used for multi-layer structure.

PXD

A lane stacker is provided in the center of the berths on both sides, and the operation of the entire garage is completed by the stacker and the carrier. The stacker uses advanced technology to seamlessly integrate the lifting and walking systems, realizing the function of lifting while walking, saving time, reducing energy consumption, and maximizing space utilization.

PJS

It is the mechanical parking equipment to store or take out vehicles by lifting or pitching mechanism.
