Jinan Jiahua Parking Building in 2016 Jinan Hualian Commercial Building invested in the construction of public parking lot, located in Jinan Huaiyin District West Market business district, Jinan's largest small commodity trading and distribution center, in order to alleviate the regional parking problem, 300 parking spaces. However, with the continuous increase in the number of private cars, parking spaces are in short supply, and the West Market business district is even more difficult to find due to factors such as narrow roads and limited space resources.

After exploration, Jinan Hualian used new technologies and new models to ask for parking spaces for "space". Self-financing to build two intelligent mechanical parking garages on the roof of Hualian Commercial Building and the roof of Jiahua Parking Building, and more than 400 new parking spaces will be added after the completion of the project.

A 3-story planar mobile intelligent garage was built on the roof of Hualian Commercial Building, adding 114 parking spaces. A 6-storey planar mobile smart garage was built on the roof of the K. Wah parking building, with an additional 333 parking spaces. So far, Hualian has provided 1200,<> parking spaces for the area, which has greatly enhanced the attractiveness of the business district.

After the driver stops and leaves the warehouse, it will automatically run after monitoring no one behind closed doors. When picking up the car, the driver only needs to pay for terminal operation, the garage operation is automatically taken out, and the front of the car has been replaced before leaving the warehouse.
