The annual output of the factory is 60,000 tons of clean casting. The castings have obtained 9 relevant authorized utility model patents, and the pouring system and method of the machine base and rotor castings have also applied for 2 invention patents, laying a solid foundation for the company to occupy the highest point in traction machine technology.
It mainly produces the three key components of gearless traction machine: traction wheel, machine base and rotor, that is, the heart part of elevator operation. The products mainly use the green sand process (accounting for 66% of the total output), iron mold process (accounting for 22% of the total output), resin sand process (accounting for 12% of the total output) and other process technologies, and the green sand process is one of the clean casting processes that are currently vigorously promoted, with the characteristics of energy saving and pollution-free, and can achieve clean casting.
